Delete your Word Route account.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to the Word Route account you want to delete.
2. Open the account center and choose Delete account.
3. Review the warning, enter DELETE, and continue.
4. Reauthenticate with the account's password or its authorized Google account.
5. Confirm deletion.

The app signs you out and removes that account's local Word Route profile after the remote account is deleted. If local cleanup is interrupted, it resumes without signing the deleted account back in. To do that safely, the app temporarily stores the account ID, cleanup state, and a random deletion receipt in app-private device storage. If app data is lost, a recently reauthenticated installation can create a new receipt without invalidating an earlier request. The server stores only a bounded set of one-way receipt digests, never the receipts themselves. The app removes its local deletion journal after Firebase reports account deletion or the matching receipt confirms server cleanup. Do not send the receipt to support.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@gandkstudiosllc.com with the subject Delete my Word Route account. Send the request from the email address associated with the account when possible and state whether you normally sign in with Google or email/password. Do not send a password, Google credential, Firebase token, deletion receipt, payment information, or advertising identifier.

We will reply with the minimum steps needed to verify that you control the account. We expect to complete a verified request within 30 days and will confirm when it is complete or explain if law requires a different timeline.

Data deleted

A completed Word Route account deletion removes:

• the Firebase Authentication account used by Word Route;
• the Word Route profile derived from that account;
• the owner-readable Assist and interstitial-removal summary;
• the cloud campaign-progress backup and active private synchronization metadata; and
• that account's Word Route data cached on the device that completes in-app deletion.

An off-app request cannot erase data that remains only on a device we cannot access. Clear Word Route's Android app storage or uninstall the app to remove that local copy.

Limited data retained or outside Word Route control

After server cleanup, Word Route retains a minimal private deletion record keyed by the deleted Firebase account ID. It contains deleted status, request and deletion timestamps, and, for in-app deletion, a bounded set of one-way receipt digests. It contains no email address, name, photo URL, campaign progress, Assist balance, purchase record, or word guess. This record is kept as needed to confirm cleanup, prevent a late request from recreating deleted data, and protect the service.

Word Route account deletion does not delete your Google account. Google and advertising providers may retain authentication, consent, advertising, security, or fraud-prevention data under their own policies. We may retain correspondence about a deletion request when needed to complete the request, protect the service, comply with law, or document that the request was fulfilled.

Word Route does not yet sell Assist packs, grant Daily Route rewards, or store Play purchase records. The deletion statement will be updated before any such feature is released.
